Accommodations…

You’ll enjoy our modern, bright, open concept home a situated along beautiful 140' stretch of the Nottawasaga River any time of the year!

Each of our three rooms here at Serenity in the Beach is decorated in contemporary flair, and colour co-ordinated…hence their names Amethyst, Sapphire and Opal. New beds with comfortable mattresses, quality linens and cozy comforters are just the beginning. Each room has a wonderful view of the river…one with a bay window, and two with walkouts to the riverside deck. So beautiful and serene!! And, our Opal and Sapphire rooms can be converted into a private two room suite with private bath, suitable for four or five people. We do have central air, but each room has a ceiling fan to catch those summer night breezes off the river. Guests will be provided with wonderful, full size soft towels, personal care items, and a hairdryer for each room. But please bring your own beach towels!!

A delicious breakfast will be provided each morning for you to enjoy in our open concept diningroom or on the eastern view riverside deck. If you would prefer to enjoy a more relaxed leisurely morning, we have self catered breakfasts too! For golfers and other “early risers”, we can accommodate some alternate breakfast times. Please notify us at time of booking of any food allergies

Amethyst Room

Soft amethyst tones, accented with white window sheers aligning two windows, this room features the riverview bay window and a very comfortable queen size bed! The private ensuite has a double size shower and heat lamps. Satellite TV and DVD’s can be comfortably watched from your bed or in the lazyboy chair! There is plenty of closet space, dressers, night tables and lamps to compliment your total comfort.

Sapphire Room

Walk out to the riverside deck in the evening, from this room, and enjoy the endless display of stars in the night sky! Warm ambiance engulfs this wedgewood blue/grey room, with the fireplace, lazyboy chair, and comfortable queen size bed. Spacious closet, large mirrored dresser, TV, DVD player, night tables and lamps, help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The shared bathroom is large, with a good size vanity, individual drawers and towel racks, and has a tub with shower. 

Opal Room

Although cozy, this tanned rose décor twin bed room is just perfect for two, and has the view of the river and a walkout to the riverside deck. The closet and dresser provide plenty of space for your belongings, and the night table with lamp, offer the night light you’ll need to finally “get into that good book”! A TV, DVD player and extra pillows are provided too, for your enjoyment. The adjacent large bathroom is shared.

Private Suite

At the south end of the house, we can create a separate accommodation, combining our Opal and Sapphire rooms, with the bathroom, as one private suite! Ideal for families, spa parties, or small “get togethers”!

All room rates are based on double occupancy; private suite based on occupancy of four. Taxes are extra. One additional guest in the Amethyst or Sapphire Rooms or for private suite, can be accommodated at a surcharge of $25.00 per night.

Please note, during the peak season, we require a two night minimum booking for weekends, either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.  For long weekends during peak season, we require a 3 night minimum. 

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Check out time is 11:00am. If you wish to stay for a few more hours to enjoy the day, we ask that you still check out of your room, and we will store your luggage. Check in time is 3:00 to 5:00pm. If late check in is required we can accommodate this up until 9:00pm, but require you give us prior notice at time of booking or by phone, the day of your check in.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy in effect.
